Challenge

Leading UK print-on-demand provider Precision Proco had all the right ingredients for success. Their production capabilities are cutting-edge, their service model is scalable and they have an impressive client roster that features some big names. 

But with ambitious growth targets, they saw an opportunity to elevate their brand presence, generate leads and unlock the full potential of their powerful in-house CRM platform. Despite investing in HubSpot, Precision Proco didn’t have the internal processes and strategic alignment to make it work for them and fill their pipeline with leads.

Solution

We started with a comprehensive audit of Precision Proco’s HubSpot system to understand if its rich sales, marketing and operations features were being used, and if not, where the opportunities were. Armed with  these insights, we were able to re-engineer the system to support a full-funnel, data-driven lead generation strategy – including CRM configuration and data structuring, lead scoring and segmentation, workflow automation and reporting. 

With HubSpot working to its optimum capabilities, we started a three-week, multi-channel campaign that targeted 500 carefully considered companies - each of which best represented their 'ideal customer’ profiles.  HubSpot sat at the heart of this campaign, tracking every interaction, scoring every lead, and revealing the most promising opportunities in real time.

In just three weeks, we helped Precision Proco transform HubSpot from an under-used database into a dynamic, insight-driven growth engine – delivering a £750k sales pipeline and a 10:1 ROI.
